CHICKEN BUFFALO PIZZA

  • ½ cup (120 grams) nonfat Greek
    Yogurt

  • ½ cup (80 grams) Whole Wheat
    Flour

  • 1 egg (50 grams)

  • 1 tsp (2.5 grams) Italian
    Seasoning

  • 1 tsp (2.5 grams) Garlic Salt

  • ½ cup (60 grams) Fat-Free
    Mozzarella Cheese

  • 2 tbsp (30 grams) Buffalo Sauce

  • 3.5 oz (100 grams) Shredded
    Chicken

  • Chopped Parsley to Garnish (optional)

  • Light ranch (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, egg.
    Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired pizza crust thickness.

  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet.

  5. Sprinkle the fat-free mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza dough.

  6. In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with shredded chicken until the chicken is well coated.

  7. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese-covered pizza dough.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Remove the pizza from the oven, and if desired, garnish with chopped parsley and light ranch.

  10. Slice the Chicken Buffalo Pizza, serve, and enjoy!
