Oatmeal Pancakes

  •  2 cups (192 grams) rolled oats (blended)

  • 1/2 cup (122 grams) unsweetened apple sauce

  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey proton powder

  • 1 cup (240 grams) vanilla almond milk
    1 egg (50 grams)
    1 tsp (5 grams) vanilla extract

  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)

  1. In a blender, pulse the rolled oats until you have a flour consistency.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended oats, baking soc protein powder.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, applesauce, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and st well combined.

  5. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to thicken.

  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  7. use 1/4 cup to Spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.

  8. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and co other side until golden brown.

  9. Repeat until all the batter is used.

  10. Top with fresh berries if desired
