¼ cup (60 grams) Sugar-free sweet n' spicy bbq sauce
1.5 cups (225 grams) Uncooked
Macaroni Pasta1 cup ( 257.5 grams) | Skimmed
Milk¼ cup (60 grams) of Hot Sauce or buffalo sauce, use less if too spicy
½ cup (120 grams) Light Cream
CheeseJust under ½ cup (40 grams) Fat free Cheddar Cheese
Garnish with Parsley (optional)
Cut 24 oz (700 grams) raw chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with 4 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, 2 tsp paprika, and 2 tsp olive oil.
Cook the seasoned chicken over medium-high heat until browned.
Add 1/4 cup (60 grams) sugar-free sweet and spicy barbecue sauce to the browned chicken.
Meanwhile, prepare 1.5 cups (225 grams) of uncooked macaroni pasta.
In a separate pot, heat 1 cup (257.5 grams) skimmed milk.
To the pasta, add the heated milk, 1/2 cup (120 grams) light cream cheese, and just under 1/2 cup (40 grams) fat-free cheddar cheese.
Once the chicken is done, mix it with the pasta and cheese mixture.
Optional: Adjust spice level by adding 1/4 cup (60 grams) hot sauce or buffalo sauce.
Divide the completed dish into four portions and store in meal prep containers.
Optional: Garnish with parsley for added flavor.
