High Protein Peanut Butter, Banana Bread

% cup (30.1 grams) vanilla protein (e.g., @flexbrands. com vanilla whey protein, use code:shredz for 15% off)
1 cup (132 grams) power flour or all-purpose flour (adjust macros accordingly)
⅜ cup (138 grams) PB2 peanut butter mix
½ cup (100 grams) zero-calorie sweetener
1 tbsp (12 grams) baking powder
½ tsp (2.80 grams) salt
2 eggs (100 grams)
1 cup (240 grams) unsweetened almond milk
2 mashed bananas (240 grams)
Preheat the oven to 320*F (160°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine power flour or all-purpose flour, vanilla protein, PB2 peanut butter, zero-calorie sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the dry ingredients.
Add unsweetened almond milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Mash two ripe bananas and fold them into the batter.
Grease a bread pan and pour the batter into it. Optionally add extra sliced bananas on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing. Optionally drizzle peanut butter mixture on top.
